We can make nearly any type of corrugated box including:

• RSC (Regular Slotted Container)
• FOL (Full Overlap Container)
• HSC (Half Slotted Container)
• DST (Design Style Tray)
• OPF (One Piece Folder)
• FPF (Five Panel Folder)
• D/C (Die-cut – like a pizza box, or a tuck style box)

In addition to single-wall boxes, we can make heavy duty boxes (double-wall or triple-wall boxes).

Yes, we can print in 1, 2, or 3-color imprint for small or large quantity orders.  We can also print in full color and full coverage on small quantities.

Our manufacturing plant is located in Florence Alabama, in the north west corner of the state.  However, we ship boxes all across the U.S.

Typically, 100 boxes are a minimum order.  Although, we may be able to go as low as 50 on larger boxes.

Our normal lead time is two weeks (not including shipping time) to have a box order ready.   Shipping time can vary from 1 to 5 days depending on what part of the country your are located.

Yes, we can, but the shipping cost is usually much higher for residential delivery.  Due to most box orders being large enough to require one or more pallets, the lowest shipping cost would be to a commercial address with a loading dock.

All box orders are made to order, so we don’t stock any standard size boxes.   When you place an order, it goes into our production que and is made in the order that we receive them.

Everything we make is run-and-ship.  So there are no extra boxes from another customer’s order that we can sell to you.
