We do ask in advance that you send us your artwork in a vector file format. This process helps us communicate with our printing die suppliers that we have been using for almost 15 years. Should the artwork not be in a vector file format, then an additional artwork may apply .

Selecting a location or locations to place your print or graphics on your custom printed corrugated box is actually pretty simple. The majority of our customers have us print their logo on the two largest panels that oppose one another (IE: Opposite sides). However, we have also converted corrugated boxes with print on the inside and outside of their custom printed corrugated boxes. Your printing options are generally limitless as to the location of your print on our custom printed corrugated boxes. One important option to consider if you have a need for several different size custom corrugated boxes is to purchase one size printing die that can be used on all of your custom printed corrugated boxes. For instance, if you have three different size boxes (Small, Medium, and Large), then select a printing die size that will accommodate all three sizes. This type of action will yield a large cost savings especially if you or your company decides to make a change to the print on your custom corrugated box.

GCMI Color Guide
A one-time print plate fabrication fee is required for custom printing. We do not make our own printing dies in house. We prefer to use an organization that excels at making our printing plates for our customers. They are excellent at what they do and understand our converting / printing capabilities for each machine.
Our printing die supplier generally asks for 3-5 days lead time in order to make your printing dies. Once we receive the printing dies, we inspect each one for quality and accuracy. Since you purchased these printing dies, they remain your property and we maintain them for the lifetime of the printing die at no additional cost to you.
This cost is only required once, and is not applied to subsequent orders for the same box.
